There is joy in creative pursuit. And there is timelessness when I am doing creative tasks. In the last few years I have found myself as a modern poet. My first book of poetry and photography was self-published in 2018 and now a collection of poetry. For many years I have been a dedicated kundalini yoga practitioner. In August of 2017 I was drawn to RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology and have been an active participant in the premier woman\u2019s program Immense Grace.<\/p>\n
